The names and suggestions provided by Name Genie are generated by a language model and are for informational and creative use only. We do not guarantee uniqueness, trademark availability, or cultural appropriateness of any name. You are responsible for verifying name suitability before using it in a legal or commercial context.
4. Intellectual Property
The Name Genie app, its design, branding, and all associated content (excluding generated names) are the property of the app developers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are welcome to use the generated names freely, but you may not copy or redistribute the app’s design, UI, or code without permission.
5. Ads and Monetization
This app uses Google AdMob to display ads. You agree to the use of third-party advertising as part of the app experience. You can find more details in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy or relevance of generated names.
- Continuous availability or bug-free operation.
- That names are free from unintended meanings or associations.
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the app.
7. Children and Age Restrictions
Name Genie is suitable for all ages, including users under 13. However, we encourage parents to supervise app usage and help children interpret content responsibly.
8. Modifications
